What is the Natural Disaster Customer Recovery Plan?
The Natural Disaster Customer Recovery Plan gives Xfinity customers the ability to go on a temporary suspend plan at no charge after their area has been impacted by a natural disaster.
What will my bill look like on the Natural Disaster Customer Recovery Plan?
Xfinity TV, Internet, and Voice will each be $0.00/month. Xfinity Home and equipment rentals will each be $0.00/month. If you purchased equipment and are on a payment plan, you will continue to be charged. If you subscribe to platforms like Netflix or Hulu through Xfinity, you will continue to see those charges.
I am currently paying a promotional discounted rate for service. Will that rate continue when I return?
